Eyeshield 21

Sena Kobayakawa is a teenager who is always bullied. He does not have any talent and always protected by Mamori Anezaki. This continues until one fateful day when Hiruma Yochi caught a sight of him running (while running away from being bullied). Then he was offered to join American Football Deimon Devil Bats. In the beginning, he felt forced to do it until he met Shin, a linebacker from Ojyo White Knight. It was the first failure for both of them and one day they will meet again on American football field.

I have watched both anime and manga version. The manga version is more interesting. The anime version is not bad if you haven't read the manga version. One of the most isteresting features in manga version is the drawing style which would make us feel the wind blowing when Sena striked. You can't feel the effect while watching the anime.

The development of the character is quite good. In the beginning, Sena is a coward but as the time moves, he became a braver boy. The same goes to the Ha Ha Ha brothers who only know how to bully Sena at the begnning of the story but becoming the lineman for Deimon Devil Bats.
